They Must Be Russians - ‘Don’t try to cure yourself’
A song about the perils of STIs from the 1980s. Not a lot has changed - except for the most common STI which way back then was quoted as Gonorrhoea. Download and play this track to your group of young men at the start of your session on STIs - then play it to them at the end of the session and ask them if they know which STI is the most common one now (Chlamydia). No expletives or rude words on this track - so if you’re concerned about using it - don’t worry - you’re safe! Of course you can always just hum along to the track…
Hi, I stumbled across your site today. Its good to see use being made of one my old records. My kids have always been a bit embarrassed by this one, more so by its naffness than the content. Perhaps showing them this might help change their minds. Regards

The Christopher Recordings on Sex Instruction
Sex education from 1950s USA. Make of these what you will - we particularly like ‘The Problems of Growing Boys’…
1. How Babies Are Made
2. Girls and Menstruation
3. The Problems of Growing Boys
4. The Marriage Union
As Boys Grow (1957)
Highly amusing, but given the context of time and place - 50’s USA - not bad…
